The study of Organizational Behavior is a dynamic and complex subject. A successful manager/leader will incorporate
organizational behavior focused practices and principles in day-to-day and planned future activities. This course is intended to
deepen your understanding about the role organizational development and the multiple benefits for all managers/leaders. The
research paper is designed to reinforce a student’s knowledge and understanding of organizational behavior practices and
principles.
The presentation is designed to allow students the opportunity to practice effective communication techniques.
Project Objectives:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of organizational behavior material by systematically applying them to the research paper
and presentation.
2. Illustrate familiarity with current literature in the field by incorporating recent scholarly articles into the paper and
presentation.
3. Illustrate communicative skills by applying the skills of organization, drafting, revision, and final paper and presentation of a
human resource topic.
Project Requirements:
1. Written research paper of five (5) to ten (10) pages (excluding title page, abstract, and reference pages).
2. Oral presentation of at least five (5) minutes.
3. Typed, double spaced, 12-point font size, Arial or Times New Roman type, and black font color summary.
4. Legible handwritten presentation materials or an effective power point presentation.
5. Use of professional and appropriate concepts and methodologies.
6. Use of professional and appropriate terminology.
7. Use consistent and professional formatting and professional documentation preparation.
8. Use proper APA guidelines for citations and reference page.
