This could be something new to the market or just new to you. Explain the benefits and limitations for internal communications in a corporate or non-profit environment.

In responses, make a note if you have used the tool. Then, provide a recommendation to the CEO about using (or not using) this new tool. What should the CEO approve for staffing and budget allocation among the following: face-to-face communication (town hall meetings, conferences, etc.), print, intranet, and social media. What would be some of the factors you would need to consider in deciding on an allocation?
