Discuss Step Three of Kotter’s Change Implementation Plan: Create a Vision for your Change.
1. Find additional information about both the organization and the step being implemented using articles and outside credible sources.
2. Use critical thought to provide a substantiated explanation on what the most important considerations are upon implementing this step ‘in general’.
3. Use critical thought to provide a substantiated explanation on what the most important considerations are upon implementing this step ‘specific to your organization’.
As noted in the project overview, it is suggested that one team member work on the ‘general’ research and writing and the other member work on the ‘specific’ research and writing.
