It is time to use what you have learned about thesis statements and topic sentences.

Begin by choosing a topic: a favorite place, a hated food, a musical group or theatre performance, a best friend, a bully from high school, a profession, something you just learned, a great idea. Whatever you choose, be ready to write a whole essay on it.
Use the topic to write a thesis statement. Make sure you include:Topic + Argument + Essay Map
Use the essay map to create a topic sentence for each of the three body paragraphs.
The thesis statement and the three (3) topic sentences should be submitted in the same MSWord file.
